After an hour waiting past scheduled time we moved on with our lives. I popped on to read others reviews to then see a reply that states per ther verbiage somewhere theres a 2 hour window allowance. So I went and looked for it. Wasn't on the confirmation email, wasn't on the appointment reminder and wasn't anywhere when I went to book a fake new appointment just to see. And even if this policy was in place for customers to find I think its crap. One hour I could understand but two without communication is off putting. I do understand jobs can take longer and other circumstances but with no communication? Dont depend on this company, especially if you are trying to get your car cleaned for PSC my POV.

Do not use this service! Not only was he two hours late for the appointment, he did not even wash the roof of our car for the lowest package of $149. There is still bugs, pollen and bird poop on the roof and on exterior windows. Did not even have a clean car smell like other detailers provide upon completion. He was on the phone quite a bit while servicing. Do NOT recommend!!!

They did show up on time but the job was mediocre. Had 3 vehicles done, one you can see all type of swirls (that wasn’t there before). Rims wasn’t cleaned properly on 2 of the vehicles (and the tire shine you see is what I put on there before I cleaned the rims), and the interior had some shiny streaks where they wiped it but wasn’t properly wiped thoroughly.

Derek and Lindsey did a FANTASTIC job! I've had my car for 5 years and it's NEVER been detailed. It looks brand new! They're very nice and very quick but thorough! Highly recommend! Thanks guys!

EDIT: They owner was courteous, professional and fast about sending someone out to fix what was missed and messed up. The car is now much better and my husband is happy about how clean it is! Will be using them again in the future. It's conflicting leaving a review. On the one hand they did a fantastic job on my car. 5/5 stars. The guy was thorough and professional. Beautiful job. On the other they completely ruined my husband's car. He washed the inside and never fully pulled all the water out (completely skipped the trunk in every single way, no vacuum, nothing) We tried to take a shop vac to it and ended up filling it with the water left behind. It still hasn't dried and it's been 3 days. It now smells of mildew thanks the recent humidity. The smell is AWFUL and nothing we do helps.
